Shing Lung Rain Garments Factory Limited ("SL") opened in 1978 in Hong Kong. Starting from a small factory, SL has developed into a holding company in 1988 with a HK-based trading office and a factory in Dongguan, Guangdong China. We has produced industrial wears and rain wears from the beginning but since mid 1980s, we have expanded our production lines and started to produce fashionable garments, such as windbreakers, ski-wears and children wears.
