Asia Pacific Security Services (APSS) was established in 2002. It is licensed by the Hong Kong SAR Government' s Security Guarding Services Industry Authority (SGSIA) for Type I (Security Guarding) and Type III (Security System Installation and Consultancy) business. APSS is founded by a group of security veterans, experienced personnel from ex-disciplinary forces and IT professionals. Management members are mostly members of international security associations such as: Asian Professional Security Association (APSA), American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS), Council of International Investigators (CII) and International Professional Security Association (IPSA). APSS adopts a new concept in the provision of security services in the industry. The company comprises of professionals in all sectors of the industry. It can provide most security related services, from conventional guarding services to IT security, as well as provision of basic security equipment to high-tech anti-eavesdropping devices.
