Founded by Mr. Jimmie K. S. Wong in March 2001, we are a young and energetic practice adopting a no non-sense and result-oriented approach to offer clients effective and innovative legal solutions. This has seen us rapidly expanded to a firm of 16 solicitors and 1 PRC qualified lawyer in just three years' time. The coming on board of Mr. Mason Y. K. Ching, our partner and head of corporate finance and commercial department with 10 years' relevant experience gained in international law firms, and the new headquarter at One International Finance Centre reflect our commitment to provide dedicated and high quality legal services to corporate clients including listed companies, multi-national corporations, PRC private and state-owned enterprises, venture capitalists and investment funds etc. For small and medium enterprises and individuals' personal legal rights, we will continue to provide a wide range of quality legal services including IVA.
