Our Founder and Formulator John Anderson and Co-Founders Jim and Kathy Coover all came out of retirement with the intent of creating a company that could directly impact the health, wealth, and happiness of people in search of a better quality of life.

Jim, President and CEO, brings unique breadth and depth to the Isagenix team. He?s an invaluable asset to our growth and stability. Before Isagenix, he helped produce one of the fastest-growing and most popular weight-loss companies in history, serving more than seven million customers with sales in excess of $1 billion. Jim has been President of two Direct Sales companies, a Chief Operating Officer, and a highly respected consultant to the industry. His contributions have helped shape the Direct Sales industry.
Kathy, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, is a nationally recognized and respected field leader and trainer in the Direct Sales industry. Since joining in 1992, Kathy has become a top-money earner in three separate companies and has generated millions in income. Her training and support systems have helped create many millionaires and helped tens of thousands of entrepreneurs achieve new levels of success. Kathy, a celebrated speaker, has impacted the lives of many people throughout the world.
